A: An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is a good-faith payment that shows you're serious about acquiring a property. In most deals, it's used to secure your contract and signal commitment to the seller. Through RealPropPro, we help you understand when and how to use EMDs strategically if at all, so you minimize risk and maximize deal flow.
You can also consider using Flexxbuy to pull additional funds to ensure that you have EMD covered.
A: Yes. At RealPropPro we place a heavy emphasis on due diligence. Part of that is knowing what is called the "roll-up costs." When dealing with property acquisition there are commonly additional costs and these costs need to be considered. Additionally, most auctions will require a deposit. This is also part of due diligence.
You may consider using Flexxbuy to pull additional funds to ensure that you deposits and various roll-up costs covered.
A: Seed Funding is designed for students and investors who are ready to work deals, or invest into liens and/or deeds but, they need that initial capital push to get started. We get that.
